Short version: Regulate does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Everything stays on your device.
Nothing. Regulate does not collect any personal data, usage analytics, crash reports, or identifiers of any kind. No account is required to use the app.
All guided sessions and podcast episodes are pre-generated audio files bundled with the app or fetched from our content delivery server. These requests do not include any personal identifiers.
Regulate does not record your microphone. The microphone permission listed in the iOS settings is a technical requirement for background audio playback on iOS and is never used to capture audio.
The app may store playback preferences (such as last-played position or speed setting) locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device.
Regulate does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with any third party.
Regulate is intended for users aged 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
If we ever change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Any future version of the app that collects data will display a clear in-app notice.
